..A World of Nonsense..

In collaboration with Kochels, we had come up with an award ceremony to recognize days that are worth recognition [lol] for the year 2007... Here goes:

Most _____ Days:

For the most humorous day, the winner is no winner yet.

Next, the most tiring day is Friday, 27th July 2007 also known as X-country day!

On with the next, the most interesting day is Sunday, August 26, 2007. [check Kochels' post]

The most crazy day goes to Wednesday, 26th September 2007 when Ivan pulled out his 'weapons'.

The day most people got jacked: Monday, 13th August 2007 [check my post]

And the moment we've all been waiting for!!! The most 'honourable' day of all...

The most unfortunate day...

It is TODAY!!! Tuesday, 30th October 2007.

So this is what happened...

I met Lihui at 11.30am when she and me are supposed to meet at 11.15[she was later too]. Then we boarded the mrt to Tiong Bahru. We walked through basement 1 of Tiong Bahru Plaza still unaware of what's going on outside. When we finally 'hall' of the place, we look outside only to find it was heavily raining... We had no choice. We walked towards the bus-stop and decided we take a bus to Great World City and change to 970 so we won't get wet. The problem was we didn't know 970's route and so that action was cancelled. We also had impulses to take a cab, but it was too expensive. We had our umbrellas and Lihui said the problem was the rain was too heavy to even travel on foot. Then we thought to go and take a bus opposite of Tiong Bahru Plaza to the Tiong Bahru park.

We were in a dilemma. However, we finally followed what we desired: Take a bus opposite and walk to school from TIong Bahru Plaza. Alighting at the bus-stop, the place was flooded. We saw an 'ox-bow lake'[A pathway flooded by rain water], 'natural-made waterfall'[water flowing down 3 flight of stairs] and a 'sandy lake'[the sand-filled playground]. Of course, not forgetting our 'river', the 'longkang'. It was in it's upper/middle course when the rain came, speed: Very fast.

I have only the 'waterfall' picture though.

Then we proceeded to sch and saw Jason, Yuen Chak, Hong Chait on the way. We stupidly step into the large puddle[I should say pool] of accumulated rain water and got our shoes soaking wet. We then put our bags into the library. Guess what. When we came out of the library, going to buy a new pair of slippers at Tiong Bahru, the arena of the sch had no rain falling on it at all. We were stunned. Then, we proceeded downstairs with our umbrellas, hoping the rain will not come again. However, when we walk out of the school, the rain came back again, heavily.

It's like the rain picked on us, had a vengeance on us. lol. Suggesting my username: VeNgEaNcE.oF.rAiN haha... Ok... We reached Tiong and head straight to NTUC and we found Halloween stuff instead of slippers. After walking around fruitfulless, we went back to guardians and bought a pair of black slippers. We went back to School to encounter Sheean, Yong Zhen, Hui Ying and I forgot who.

Then to Chem class[nothing worth mentioning I think], afterwhich we went to eat lunch/dinner. Then it was made sick thanks to Hian Yiaw. It's not worth mentioning also. That's it... Song for you guys... Iris by Goo Goo Dolls, Enjoy.

Basically I got L1R5 - 17 and L1R4 - 13. I got 30+ in level and 15+ in class... So sad... But improve can lerh... Lihui got L1R5 -15 and L1R4 - 12... So good right? Haiz...

This morning I saw a live toad on the road [hmm... It rhymes.]. I think it escaped from a stall selling frog legs. Then this uncle was walking behind me. The toad was in the middle of the road. I think he might have been worried that the toad will get run over by a car, so he nudged it gently with his foot and it jumped over to the right side of the lane. It was bigger than my hand and it can jump really well. Then my cousin and I walked towards the car park and saw three dogs and their owners. Two were bull dogs and one... I don't know the breed. Next A crow stood on the lamp post just when I passed under one. Then advancing to the car park, we saw a dead lizard. Before that, during my sleep, I dreamt of weile or Ms Ho telling me that my level ranking is 81/159... Lol...

I got some of my papers back and I flung my english paper [24/50] but as you can see at my tagboard, my teacher, Mr Wong, said that there is no failure from 3i [my class]... So I am safe of failing. I passed my physics paper by 4 marks [64/120]... Phew... But I think I will fail the overall... Haiz... I got back my chemistry paper [103/120] that's the best so far and I think I can guarantee an A1 [hopefully]... I got back my Geography elective paper [36/50]... Geo is the subject that I have been ultra-consistent with [18/25 for all tests].

I am afraid of taking back my Social Studies paper... I got back my chinese paper too [56/90 if I am not wrong...] I am also afraid to get back my mathematics papers [both Elementary and Additional] as I have made many careless mistakes... Haiz... Monday, there's no school and Tuesday, we are going to Singapore River for an NE trip. I hope it's fun... :P To relieve me of my stress. I feel that I like to take examinations but I fear of taking my results back, don't you feel the same? I can't take my biology paper till Wednesday or Thursday or even Friday but most probably on Wednesday... Heard from my teacher I did well... I am not sure though... Haiz... It's: EXAMS ARE FINALLY OVER!!! WOO!!! Do you hear champagne corks popping? It's like a party in our class just now with music! Well of course it's good to relax a little but... The challenges that lie ahead of our young heroes [exaggeration] are tough and the challengers are feistier than ever!

No... This is not the end sentence of the Pokemon series... It's our life ahead of us... Haha... Well, the O-levels are not over yet and so is life... We got to play hard and work hard... I'm starting to sound like all the teachers... Nevermind.

Okay a little bit about today's paper... Chemistry was ok though... It's physics that is the problem... I didn't have time to check at all! I don't even have time to finish...! OMG! That's all I shan't say further, otherwise I would blah non-stop complaining about my mistake and find more mistake made by myself and then blame myself again. It's all over... Phew... Back from tough examinations such as SS, Biology, Physics, A-maths, Chemistry, English, And the toughest paper: E-maths paper 2!!! WAA!!! I had so many careless mistakes that I want to kill myself for! While taking the maths papers, my mind is blank... I can't think straight and I was so careless... When I got the E-maths paper 2, I wanted to tell Yong Qing this again: "yuan lai ru ci, wo yi ti ye bu hui zuo [in chinese]" or " I see. I don't understand, not even one question." She will understand what it means. Other papers were fine I guess, but again... I am very careless... Haiz... Monday there's still chinese paper 2 and bio paper 1 as well as tuesday: chem and phy paper 1... so sad... and happy... so contradicting... well. happy that exams are over. sad that we will be getting our results.

I heard from my friend in queenstown or queensway secondary[i forgot] that they took their maths paper on i forgot what day and the next day, their teacher told them 22 ppl failed. How dramatic and the teacher is god-like... I hope I get good results this year... haiz... My mid-year results sux... Well, byebye... see ya on mon or tues.... or maybe on sun.
