Just came back from ACE camp which ranges from 23rd May to 27th May... These few days I tire myself so much that i fell asleep almost everywhere... eg,on the bus, train, while walking...
Day 1
we travelled by train to Malaysia, Pahang for our camp. It was a nine hour journey. I was sitting with weile. At first the train started moving without aircon on and broke down halfway to woodland immigration point.How Lucky!Then after the problems are fixed, the train move on smoothly... Halfway to Pahang, the train stopped alot at various stations. When we finally fell asleep, the train stopped and all of us duno why all wake up... become hyperactive... all play 'murderer', eat maggi mee etc. then reach Pahang...Then take coach to Tekam plantation resort.
Day 2
we went abseilling...actually i didnt get a chance to abseil down the cliff...to many ppl doing and too slowly done... sigh... waited for one whole day... Gone to waste... sigh... At night, we had team building games... We are to split our class into 2 and do separate set of work like cheer and a poster of an animal representing our team. our team chose an eagle and on it's feathers our names are written.the eagel preach on a medal which stats 3i07 chalets 15,37,38... and below the medal is Soaring to greater heights as a Team... Our cheer is really comical and funny... 3i so sexy we look like woo, 3i so hulky we look like woo! etc...
Day 3
We went for water activities and flying fox... At the flying fox, among ourselves we must each shout something.I shouted Johnathan you suck! because I mistaken him of his imitation of an irritating guy from 3H... I am so sry...haha... Then we had to cross the river via a rope... It was so FUN! I love it...towards the other bank of the river is very muddy and i can hardly pull myself over as the mud is so close to the water surface. A friend of mine got swept away by the river accidentally but se got saved. Later after lunch, we had white water rafting but we must be confident in water if we were to capsize. So we had water confidence test which involves the ability to float, to jump into the rapids and float and to do a capsize drill. At night we did some silly reflection thingy... Our table is represented by Amelia!!!! *CLAPS!*
Day 4
We went to bat cave, canopy walk and rapid shooting... I didnt go in the bat cave because of me getting stuck in there.haha... Canopy walk wasnt that scary but... I kept thinking in my mind how the senerio would be like if the planks and ladder and safety net breaks and I will be 'Hanging by a thread'... Finally the event of the day! Rapid shooting! It was so much fun!we get to 'shoot' the teachers in our boat with water! against the rapid our motored sampan skates through the water. We put our hands against the water, the water would splash the person behind hahaha... We had tons of fun until.. the ppl behind complain the boat is SINKING actually alot of water need to be scooped out... some of these wat is poured on the ppl in front because they starting the water 'fight'... It was so much fun!!! At night, it was time to go... We had the campfire night but...SO LUCKY that it RAINED![I think the rain must have hated us therefore my username...] NO CAMPFIRE and the hall is so small that almost 1/2 of all the pplare to sit separated from other class without food and drinks... It SUCKS! And 3i has to wait for another coach to pick us to the train station while others are there already! [I guess nothing is fair in this world...] A small coach came which can only carry 25 of us and the other 12 have to stay back and wait of another one and risk missing the train... But this time luckily, the train had a delay of 1 hr.that is good news for the 12 boys who made it on time.All of us got safely home after more delays...pratically i slept through the whole journey homewards bound...
Tonight... I am off to another field trip... to Perth! I guess I would tell you more when I come back and for now... Bye and thanks for reading such a long post...It must be tiring and boring is it? Haha...
